Mallinckrodt now offers CHEM-CLEAR® General Purpose and Full Strength Cleaning solutions as safe, effective alternatives to hazardous solvents and dangerous chromic acid cleaners for cleaning bench tops, plastic and glassware. CHEM-CLEAR® Cleaning Solutions do not irritate the skin and can be used without special ventilation. These cleaners are not halogenated, corrosive, or considered ozone depleting. It is a water-based solution designed for removing silicon and hydrocarbon grease, oil paraffin, and dirt.
